Radical Focus: OKRs (Review)

Radical Focus (OKRs) by Christine WodtkeRadical Focus: Achieving Your Most Important Goals with Objectives and Key Results, by Christine Wodtke. ISBN 978-0996006026.

Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are a tool to help teams focus on what they intend to do and how well they’re doing toward their goals. OKRs are related to the “mission tests” of chartering (see Liftoff), though with more willingness to have challenging goals. The first half of this book is a business fable about a startup that learns to use OKRs, and the second half is a more thorough explanation and suggestions for use. I found it a clear and enjoyable read, and I’ve recommended it to several others who are starting with OKRs.
