Let me give my rare thumbs down review (usually I just ignore the ones I don’t like). I enjoyed The Goal a lot, but was totally disappointed by this book. Thirty of the 160 pages are copied from that book. The rest reads like an ad, with little technical material. Add in poor copy-editing and you have a disappointing combination. (Reviewed Jan., ’04)
