XP has a set of four values: communication, feedback, simplicity, and courage. The things XP teams do can be tied back to these values.

Introduction

In Extreme Programming Explained, Kent Beck describes XP through the lens of "four values": communication, feedback, simplicity, and courage. The principles and practices of XP reflect these values. This paper consists of four mind-map diagrams showing how values, principles, and practices are linked together.
